The Villa Sv.Petar is situated inside the historic nucleus of Trogir, a small city in the heart of Dalmatia, located on an islet connected with the mainland and the island of Ciovo with two bridges. There are summer activities in the area combined with lively night life in its discoteques and numerous coffee bars and cultural events as well.

The interior has an antique look combined with modern technology . Furnished with combination of stone walls, mahagony floor, oak tree beds, hand made wardrobes, paintings of eminent painters, and the latest technology such as LCD Satellite TV and air conditioning in each room.

The house was built in the 14th century and due to its historical value, the owner was forced to reconstruct it and has achieved in giving an antique look. Its reconstruction lasted for two years and it was open for public in July 2005 as five accommodating units villa.
